The facts about importance value of good keyword on your post is undeniable. You must put some keywords of your choice into your post to get relevance ads from AdSense. This should begin from your post title. If you intended to display ads about mobile phone, it would be better to start the title of your post with mobile phones’ relevant keyword. For example you can take IPhone latest news rather than Dispute on Iphone trade mark for your title. If you chose the second title’s model that could lead to legal ads showing on your page.

I have a good example about unintended ads topics caused by wrong keyword position. I found it on a Travelling News Blog. This Blog talks mainly about traveling and travel destination, but because of less optimized title, AdSense showed irrelevant ads. You can look at the screenshot.

Because the title started with word Ngayogyakarta(circled in Blue) which contains a word gay on it, then the most relevant ads according to AdSense database is about gay. I think the ads could be different if that title begins with the word Travel in Yogya, or Travel destination in Yogya - which could lead to travel related ads only.

However you should keep in mind, that your Blog is intended for Human reader and not only for AdSense Robots. Obviously, a title which crowded only with intended keyword is valuable for AdSense but it’s not easily readable for human. Therefore it would be better if you combine your keyword inside a human readable title.

The same principle is also for your post body. Intended keyword must be dispersed through your article, but keep it looks natural and in a reasonable number, not too frequent though because Google could assumed it as spam. Some people said it should be under 10 % of your total words. To be sure of it you can use this tool to check the actual percentage of your keyword. Just enter your URL and see the result
