Being Happy Is Easy
18 July 2007Living in happy and optimistic life is very great and it is also brings positive impact for your health. Apparently just by being happy you can protects yourself from the stresses of life. Many people believes that stress leads to heart disease, cancer and stroke which eventually become top causes of death.
To be a happy person is pretty easy, you can simply decide to be a happy person. Let start with simple task choose to be happy. After you have decided to be a happy person, now you can move to the next part.
Change your attitude to become more grateful. Since we always depend on other people, we have so much to be thankful for. For example thank the polite taxi driver, thank the cook for a wonderful dinner etc.
Start your day with less news. As a matter of fact 99% of the news we hear or read is bad news. Therefore news is stressful.
Find more religious connection. Prayers and meditations creates peace in your heart.
Manage your time more carefully. You can do that by scheduling, setting goals, planning, creating lists of things to do and prioritizing.
Try find something to make you laugh everyday. Don’t forget about -’Laughter is the best medicine’.
These are the few simple things you can do everyday to be happy.

I agree with you…so many people worry about the wrong thing in life instead on paying more attention to themselves. Each person is the key to a happy life…it’s up to us to choose if we want to be happy or not, to succeed or not.
