I publish this post using Windows Life Writer, an offline Blog Writer software from Microsoft. Well this post is not a review actually, it’s only a software test to be exact.
So far, I can easily understand Windows Life Writer’s User Interface and using it without any trouble.
After downloading installation files from 
this sites, I can install it easily. Account setup for my Blog is also error-free. This software is distributed free of charge but by it’s nature its only available for windows 
I have tried several offline Blog writer previously, e.a. Zoundry Blog Writer, wBloggar, and Performancing for Firefox. But Windows Life Writer is for my style fit better than another software.
I like several features of Windows Life Writer :
- WYSIWYG, you can preview post with your Blog themes offline. Because this software downloading CSS file of your themes to emulate the look.
- Picture Insert with customizing options, and uploading photos to your blog easily.
- It’s compatible with Wordpress and Blogger, the two Blog engine I used most - and it has autodetect function during setup of your Blog account.
Well at least I can publish this post now. Lets see how this software works.

05/03/2007 09:53 pmI’ve tried so many blog posting software and they’re just not working as well as I would like them to, and sort of messes up the alignment appearance when published.
I’ll go give this one a try. It’ll be great to be able to get away from the computer at home…

07/03/2007 08:15 amI just have one biggest question about windows live writer, is about image quality, when we look after upload the post to our blog, the image quality down, the image not like original..
I don’t know what happen but I will test it again some day.
But, for this time, windows live writer running great
