Thanks for your appreciation. Indeed "nofollow" is default setting for comments in WordPress, but to encourage comment I changed this default setting to "dofollow". I think it is reasonable to me to give a backlink for every comment since it gives me valuable input. As consequent of "dofollow" I have to put a stronger anti spam on this Blog.

I have the same problem. It is done mainly to get a link to their site but most spammers do not realize there is a "nofollow" tag with most posted comments on Blogs. Blogspot is such an example. Oh well reading all the spam can either exercise your eyes or make you suffer vision problems earlier than we would have. I like your posts and return often.

So far Simple Trackback Validation Plugin is working very good. All trackback comments without definitive link is placed into moderated comment, and it looks effective to keep spam not appear in my page.

Perhaps if the spams is flooding, I will take azrin's suggestion. Very good Idea.

Best way is to RENAME the whole comments.php to something else. It's just a tweak to your INDEX.PHP and templates...add akismet and presto, zippo!

blog and wiki spam is becoming very technically adept. However we bloggers have, on the whole, not been adapting our defences. Two appoaches that are new are the web of trust and trainable filters. Comments from blogs you have indicated you trust (or from blogs they have indicated to n depth) get published but the emainder must pass through further tests or be moderated. With the trainable filter you show the system ham and spam. The more you show it the more it recognises the difference. This starts off pritty useless but soon gets to be very sharp.

That brings us up to date with email anti-spam pritty much. However I can not help but feel that some further simple measures could be taken that would devistate the spammers... if I figure out what they are I'll be sure to tell the world.
