Stress Relief 101

Always wondering how to keep your mind away from stress ? Or curious of how just to be happy in your life? Don’t worry my friend you’re not alone in this world, many people has the same problem - struggling with the stress in some parts or years of their life. But there’s a way out ready for you to deal with this problem and this way out is obviously very easy to do.

The secret to have a happy day relies on how you behave on your morning wake-up. If you start your day with a good feeling then the rest of your day will full with happiness, but if you start your day with bad feeling it’s more likely you will have several bad circumstances for the rest of the day.

Lets start with the easiest part :

  1. Don’t sleep too late because your body needs enough time to regain energy. If you could sleep enough tonight then you will wake up tomorrow early morning with a fresh body
  2. Before you sleep think about positive aspect you have gained until this day. Maybe you are helpful, you have a good personality, or anything positive about your life. Keep that good imagination while trying to sleep. Don’t ever think about anything you hate or any negative aspect of your life.
  3. When you wake up in the morning, stay a while in your bed don’t get rushed and again think about positive aspects of your life and say “Thanks God I have a good life”. Say it and smile and keep your good image of your life in your mind until you feels a good mood streaming through your body
  4. Now you are ready to start your happy day. If you encountered something bad circumstances afterward, don’t let this bad thing influences your good mood you have started today. Throw away that bad feelings and simultaneously change it by thinking the positive side of any bad circumstances
  5. In the afternoon, when you go to bed, repeat again the first step of this tips

You can practice this simple approach starting with a slow pace but try to keep repeating it every day. If you are getting used to it, I believe you will feel better with your life and stop complaining about your life. You will free from stress and you could be more focusing on your life passions. Stop worrying and start your happy living. Good luck.
