Jaycee Lee Dugard, a girl who was kidnapped nearly two decades ago from South Lake Tahoe at age 11, was found alive and well in the East Bay, authorities said Thursday. A registered sex offender from Antioch and his wife have been arrested in the case and reportedly confessed.
